Charles Allgeier began making a full time living in the Dallas/Fort Worth mid-cities as a
licensed agent in 1982. He first listed and sold homes at an ERA Real Estate office then a
Century 21 office and moved on to a HUD Area Manager’s office selling HUD and VA Acquired
Properties.
In 1991 he started buying, repairing and selling houses in the Fort Worth
area then in 1997 he moved to Houston to expand his business.
In 2005 he moved to Surfside Beach, Texas to build Resort, Vacation, and Investment homes
as a Texas Real Estate Broker and builder.
Currently Charles specializes in building custom homes in Greenville Texas and in a areas outside Greenville in Royse City, Caddo Mills, Josephine, and Nevada
and is always looking for land to build on for his next new construction.
